Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & FEDEX) are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.

We use carriers that offer the fastest and safest shipping for our customers. All customers are provided with a tracking number & confirmation email.
 
All merchandise is prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after an order is placed (unless otherwise notified) and takes 4 – 7 business days thereafter to be delivered. Miami – Ft. Lauderdale area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) and other Florida residents may receive their package in one business day with the Express shipping option. Shipping times are estimated and are not a guarantee. Orders are not shipped and packages are not delivered on holidays. Weekends are not counted “as” shipping days (Saturday or Sunday). Order status will be provided to you once your order is placed and has begun processing via-email. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order.
The carriers that we MAY use are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.  Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please remember that shipping packages around any holiday and/or bad weather can be very unpredictable and may slow down delivery times.  We recommend choosing the express shipping option when these circumstances are present to ensure your package is delivered within your preferred delivery time frame.  Express Shipping is the only guarantee service we provide that guarantees a 1-2 day delivery window, which starts at $30 and up (depending on your location). If your order is placed before 4:30 PM ETS, and you select Express Shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Express shipping orders placed after 4:30 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day and received by our customers 1-2 business days thereafter. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, the customer will be notified.

Clothing/ Accessories
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Any order placed that is $100 or over will get FREE  shipping. All items are shipped via USPS Express or priority mail, however, upgrade shipping is available – as requested. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Shoes
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, however, upgrade shipping is available – as requested. Shipping costs are based on the delivery method chosen. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
ALL Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information will become available within 24 – 48 hours for standard and priority shipping and within 24 hours for express shipping.
Lost/Stolen Packages
B'yond Flawless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address provided and you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier.
 
International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
